License Agreement

Please get familiar with the following license agreement (The “Agreement”).

BY INSTALLING OUR SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER, YOU CONSENT ON ALL THE STATEMENTS PROVIDED IN THIS DOCUMENT.

Definitions

For the purposes of this license agreement:

Agreement

Under the Agreement, you are hereby granted the rights to use LOGOS software. This is a commercial product and is intended for use in activities both related and not related to generating income.

All exclusive rights to LOGOS are the property of the Copyright Owner and are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on copyright, international legislation on the protection of intellectual property and the provisions of this Agreement.

The Copyright Owner grants you the free trial license, the term of which shell be between 14 and 30 days (we can change it at any time). During the test period you are allowed to use all available functionality. After the test period you will be able to proceed using our GCS, but advanced features will be unavailable. If you wish to continue using advanced options of the software beyond expiration of the trial license, you must purchase the key.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW! THERE IS NO NEED TO PURCHASE THE LICENSE KEY UNLESS THE PROGRAM ASKS FOR IT. THE TIME THE LICENSE KEY IS ACTIVE CORRESPONDS TO THE TIME OF OBTAINED SERVICE PACKAGE (1 MONTH, 3 MONTHS, HALF A YEAR OR ONE YEAR). THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE LICENSE KEY BEGINS TO DECREASE RIGHT AFTER IT IS PURCHASED

You are allowed to use LOGOS software anywhere without time restrictions. Your license key can be used on a variety operating systems including Windows, Linux and MacOS. In case of loss, or complete breakage of the computer on which your license key was activated earlier you are allowed to request us to perform the procedure of unbinding of the license key from that broken or lost computer and allow you to activate the key on another computer. But that another computer must be able to successfully execute the program and the license key must be active the time you make that request. You will be obliged to prove that the old computer is lost or out of service. The expiration date of the key will not change.

The use of LOGOS can be performed only according to the rules described in this Agreement.

We draw your attention to the fact that the list of rights transferred to you is closed and is not subject to broad interpretation.

You undertake not to make any claims against the Copyright Owner related to the work of LOGOS or the results obtained from working with LOGOS. The Copyright Owner is not responsible for any material or other damage associated with the use or inability to use the rights to LOGOS or its useful properties.

You may not compile elements of the LOGOS or portions thereof into other software products or use the LOGOS or portions thereof as the basis for creating new software products

You do not have the right to change, correct, or modify the LOGOS source code.

You agree to provide attribution to the Copyright Owner in publications mentioning LOGOS.

You do not have the right to take actions not permitted by the Agreement.

The Copyright Owner disclaims any warranties not provided for in this Agreement.

The Copyright Owner does not bear any direct or indirect obligations for updating, modernizing, and maintaining LOGOS.

For violation of this Agreement, you are responsible in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as international legislation on the protection of intellectual property.

This Agreement between the parties comes into force from the moment the LOGOS installation begins. The consequences of violations of this agreement are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as international legislation on the protection of intellectual property. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install all or part of LOGOS.
