https://aerologos.by is an online showcase for our products related to aerial flights technologies. Our focus is to offer high quality software products and to give a professional and first class service to our clients.

• The term "AEROLOGOS" or "us" or "we" or "Copyright Owner" refers to the owner of the website and the product whose registered location is 220018, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Maksima Gorezkogo 14, premice 503, room 4-63.
• The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website or product.
• The term "UAV" refers to unmanned aerial vehicle.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the website.

The Company

"AEROLOGOS" is an emerging startup which focuses on developing the software related to aerial flights technologies. Our team has vast expertise in developing the software in general and significant experience and knowledge base in developing software related to unmanned aerial technologies.

The Product

At this particular moment we have a fast-growing product (LOGOS GCS) which is publicly available to download from this particular website. LOGOS is designed to streamline the planning of complex missions that include area scanning, taking photos, & videos. It provides a 3D view mode, binding of physical structures and an in-built simulator that helps to better visualize planned missions. Though, it is not limited to listed functionality.

The GCS provides the control of UAVs which are operated by means of Ardupilot firmware and are accessible through MavLink protocol of version 2. From the onset of this project, software architecture scalability has been put in place to ensure the deployment of new features compatible with other protocols and stacks in the future.

License Agreement

Under this agreement, you are hereby granted the rights to use LOGOS software. It is planned to be a commercial product and is intended for use in activities both related and not related to generating income by clients. All exclusive rights to LOGOS are the property of the Copyright Owner and are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on copyright, international legislation on the protection of intellectual property and the provisions of this agreement. The Copyright Owner grants you the free trial license, the term of which shall be 30 days. When a trial license expires, you shall be able to use our GCS but without some advanced features available only after purchasing the key to a paid license.

For the time being, the key to a paid license can be obtained free-of-charge by registering on our website and submitting a request for a key in your user profile. In the future, this pro tem initiative will be replaced by the requirement to make a payment before getting a license key.

The goal of this generous step is to start collecting our potential client base as well as to get better understanding of our target audience until the product acquires larger useful functionalities.

Please note, that a single license key can be used only on a single computer.

Safety Instructions & Proper Use

You bear full responsibility for the outcomes obtained by the use of our product. Before using it You must ensure the following requirements are fulfilled:

• You read the full documentation about our product that is provided on this website.
• You have all legal documents allowing you to perform the control of unmanned aerial vehicle in the country where our product is used.
• You have an expertise in UAV operational abilities and understanding of its behaviour in different weather conditions.
• You understand the meaning and the purpose of UAV configuration and setup procedures such as accelerometer or compass calibration and how it can impact the UAV in flight.
• You fulfil any other requirements relative to the laws of the country or the location where you use our product.

Terms of Delivery

The product is distributed through this particular website and shell be available to download from its home page any time. We shell not offer any possibilities to get the copy of our product on any type of digital information carrier.

Rights of Use

The use of LOGOS can be performed according to the rules described in this document. You are allowed to use it anywhere without time restrictions.

But, You bear full responsibility for complying with local liabilities concerning the use of aerial space in the location where the LOGOS GCS or the UAV operated by LOGOS GCS is utilized.

We draw your attention to the fact that the list of rights transferred to you is closed and is not subject to broad interpretation. You undertake not to make any claims against the Copyright Owner related to the work of LOGOS or the results obtained from working with LOGOS. The Copyright Owner is not responsible for any material or other damage associated with the use or inability to use the rights to LOGOS or its useful properties.
