ANNOUNCEMENT: robot assembly kit on Arduino
Today we officially announce our new product for robotics enthusiasts. Over the past six months, our engineers have been developing a robotics construction kit based on Arduino peripherals that combines learning, creativity, and live interaction.
The new product is already available for pre-order on our website, with first shipments starting soon. But most importantly — this is not just a toy, but a full-fledged engineering platform for beginners that will appeal to both children and adults.
Two-story transformable chassis
The kit features a two-story four-wheel platform that can be easily converted into a tracked vehicle — simply replace the wheels with track belts (included in the kit).
- First story: wheelbase / tracks, motors, and motor driver.
- Second story: ultrasonic distance meter, Arduino chip, power supply, and switch.
Everything is designed to make assembly intuitive, and the result — ready to move and program immediately.
Assemble, solder and flash — a journey for everyone
We've designed scenarios for different ages and skill levels.
- For children (ages 6+): assembling wheels and tracks, screwing the body together with bolts, installing batteries.
- For adults and teenagers: soldering contacts, connecting peripherals, uploading code.
As a result, the robot comes to life before the eyes of the whole family or group — it's a collaborative project that brings people together around a table or on the living room rug.
Program without fear: the code is ready
For those who are intimidated by "pure" development, we've provided a key advantage: all the necessary source code is already written and available on GitHub. After assembling the platform, simply:
- Download the Arduino IDE.
- Download the code using the link in the manual.
- Upload it to the Arduino board.
- Start the robot.
But if you love to experiment — Arduino is completely open for customization. You can change movement logic, add new sensors, independently expand the design to control the robot via Bluetooth, or add a Raspberry Pi.
Where to get the manual?
A detailed PDF manual has been prepared for assembly. It is available for download on the company's website — no registration or SMS required. It includes step-by-step assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and tips for further learning.
Four color options — for every taste
The robot is available in four color variants — from classic yellow-black to bright pink-blue. All options are shown on the website with real photographs. Choose the one your child will love or that fits the atmosphere of a corporate party.
Not just for families: corporate hobby and education
The project's authors emphasize: the kit was designed with different audiences in mind.
For solo enthusiasts
The kit is perfect for those who prefer to figure things out on their own. No limits — full specifications, open code, and freedom to modify.
For company employees
Many engineers and IT professionals enjoy staying after work to build something together with their hands. The kit from AEROLOGOS is a great reason to gather the team, race the robot down the hallway, and brush up on C++ and circuit design. Such an activity strengthens team spirit just as well as table football.
For educational centers
We believe the robot will find a well-deserved place in robotics clubs, summer IT camps, and advanced school courses. Its ease of assembly and open Arduino architecture make it an excellent teaching tool for teenagers taking their first steps in electronics and programming.
For family time
Is there anything more valuable than spending time with your family that benefits both mind and soul? Build the robot together — and you will not only give your children the joy of collaborative creativity but also provide a powerful boost to their imagination, logic, and engineering thinking.
Price and pre-order
The robot is not yet available in retail, but pre-orders are already open on the company's website.
